Funny, how the fates can make a person happy/sad/angry/estatic etc.
Yesterday I got good news, to reapply to school will not be very hard. I am going to talk with the engineering program and work on my CE to help me in the hazmat industry. Secondly, April and I discussed an idea I have about paying out of my pocket to get certain certifications in my industry-since my employer is not helping me in that regard.
Finally....well that piece of information will have to wait for a bit longer my friends. |

| Tattoo |
[Jul. 10th, 2007|08:15 am] |
Well while commuting home last night I thought of an idea for a tattoo for myself. So I tell it to April and she is wants it done-as do some of my friends now.
I will give it some serious thought to actually getting it done. |

[Jul. 3rd, 2007|08:17 am] |
Ok I saw this past Friday Ratatouille, great movie period. It has a funny story and the characters are perfect for each role. Really shows how bizarre a kitchen can be. April and I laughed a lot.
Saw my "must see of the summer" last night-Transformers. It was a damn good move, Bay did a great job with the characters and story line. April and our friend Alex agree, if this is on blu-ray we will buy PS3's now. I rarely eat popcorn in a movie, but I went thru a bag to myself. I felt like a kid again watching the movie, and it felt great. |

| Youth return trip |
[Jun. 21st, 2007|09:20 am] |
I have been avoiding any information, clips, etc. about Transformers. I cannot even recall how many toys I had as a kid-but I do remember my "crown jewel" transformer. It was metroplex, I was allowed to buy 1 thing with my first communion money when I was a kid-and I took my mom to task on that. The only transformer I still have from my youth is astrotrain-it sits with my gundam and macross models.
So as the movie draws nearer, I remember so much of the cartoon/bots/toys. I almost want to try to get my hands on a few of my favorite Transformers again(Jetfire, hound, Megatron{P38 type}). I am happly looking forward to the 2hours I will spend in the cinma watching this.
I think I know what will make me go blu-ray or HD-dvd. It will be this damn movie. |

| Hey, let them do it again |
[Feb. 16th, 2007|08:27 am] |
The subject line is pretty much correct. I am going to tee off on my dad. Now before you throw stones, listen.
Two multiple bypass surgeries in the past 10 years. Multiple Angiograms for the past 20+. Chronic smoker. Family history of heart disease.
The second bypass was due to his fraking smoking. I wanted to kill him in the bed, I was so furious at him. His doctor even told him, "The damage to the bypass' is from smoking, Quit already." I yelled at him alot once he came home. Now I find out yesterday he was complaining of pains in his chest. They have him come in for a stress test, which he fails. Monday he has a angiogram. So yet again I get to go thru this crap again. I tell April what is going on, and proceed to make myself a very strong screwdriver(I polished off the vodka bottle). Then I take a small walk to get dinner for the two of us, mainly cause I wanted to just think and get some anger out of my system.
So while I am relaxing/reflecting on what Monday will bring(If I find out he needs a new bypass, I am going to beat the crap out of him) I was watching Grey's anatomy. April was playing FFXI, and just letting me calm down--which I greatly appericated. And I start thinking; Is it me, or is this damn show just a graphic version of General Hospital???
The wedding is going well, still need to get a few critical items setup. Registery was created last weekend, which was pretty fun to do. We might drop LNT though, we still need to figure out what to do. Oh I need to check in with a friend about the first dance song. |

| Time grows short |
[Dec. 12th, 2006|09:56 am] |
178 days to go before the wedding. Few things need to get kicked into gear.
Save the date things are the first on the list.
Got to find a second job so we do not go totally nuts affording everything, I do not want to fall into a "holiday job", may just need to wait till after the holidays to start that. Only cost I am 'worried' about is the site. But I know its what we want, and I know the two of us will do what it takes to make it work.
Still need to setup a DJ. Officiant is almost squared away. April has full controll over the flowers.
Lisa's wedding this past weekend was very nice. All April and I heard that day is how 'were next', I almost just wanted people to atleast say 'HI' first >.>
Shoot meeting time. |

| Blah blah blah |
[May. 5th, 2006|08:30 am] |
You know, I am getting bored with Ranger. I think once I get to lv75--I am going to shove all my gear into the locker and just leave it there for a few weeks. Level some low jobs, craft, quest around. I just am not having fun with it right now, it feels like a chore to play instead of a fun time.
Missed limbus due to how late it went last night--well, I had no idea if it was going down or not to start with. I logged out around 7:30, watched a bit of the Bulls/Heat and then popped in DOA4. Finally unlocked just about everyone!
Put in a good 35mins on the bike today, was a bit stiff this morning and weights were just not working right for me.
Happy Friday |

I could not get going today. I got on the treadmill-fired up a hill workout, but somehow just could really not get into a grove. I pushed for 30min then got off. I learned a bit ago, that if something is amiss in your workout-stop and evaluate. No sense in pushing hard and possibly getting an injury.
Last night made a pad thai dish for dinner. It was ok--I was not 100%happy with it. It needed some potstickers to got with it.
Got in game and just putzed around. Leveled cor to 5-wanted that dice out of my inventory. Figured tonight , since I kinda kept mia up late on Monday to get the 2 of us within level up range-we ding then I will xp outside of sexi a bit. Still not sure what I am going to do at 75--I just need my G.skull made into a helm by my fiance. Then I think I will use my locker to hold all my rng junk and go work on other jobs for fun. Warrior to 37, Red mage to 37. Need a few subs to be ready for my drg and pup :)
Tonight-get my hair cut and a manicure at American Male, not ready for a pedicure just yet though. Yes I get a manicure, it is nice too! The guy salon industry was overdue and I enjoy it :p I know I am going to make my groomsmen go there.
Hope I see a review from Cristie about the new PJ cd-want to know if I want to pick it up or not:P |

| Sometimes |
[May. 2nd, 2006|09:55 am] |
Was worried that last night would be another lost night of xp. Tank pool was very thin, but somehow managed to grab a 75ninja. Went out to the meadows-whm rdm nin sam rng rng. SC's were flying left and right. Lizzy dinged 74, Sam dinged 75, Nin got 2 merits, Jacen got a merit. Mia @10K tnl, me@8.5K tnl. If we had started a bit earlier I bet mia and I ding too.
So tonight I may just skip dynamis(unless it is Sandy-only have needed it for a few months now) to get some xp. I figure with the light at the end of the tunnel finally within reach--time to push. I am going to put off my dragoon and puppet till I get this done.
Still looking to do assaults ; ; I need points!
Workout was good, I think after my vacation next week I am going to start the Men's Health Homegrown muscle program. Now that I am back into this, it is time to go hard! Got to be sexy in my tux just over 1 year from now. I really would like to fill out my tux if I could ^_^
